Assistant Manager Food & Beverage 

Due to increased growth and development within the Seamill Hydro Hotel and Resort we are currently seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager for our highly successful Food & Beverage Department.

The role will involve all day to day aspects of running of the department as well as playing an important part in the development of the team and departmental standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, be able to work to the highest of standards and have exceptional customer services skills.

The role will also involve working within other departments of the hotel and acting as duty manager.

Experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

This position would ideally suit a candidate seeking their first management position.

Supervisor Food & Beverage

This is a hands on role, working closely with the department management team to ensure the highest standards of customer service are delivered at all times.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, be able to work to the highest of standards and have exceptional customer services skills.

Experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

This position would ideally suit a candidate seeking to further their career in the hospitality industry.

Sales Administrator - This Vacancy has now been filled

Due to ever increasing demand and to support our experienced sales managers we have created this new role based in our busy sales department.  

 
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in an office environment.  To be considered candidates should have extensive knowledge Microsoft office suite of software and be able to quickly learn new computer software systems.
 
This is a junior role to support the existing team working on providing an exceptional pre sales and post sales experience and coordinating our team to ensure perfect delivery for our clients.
 
Duties will include answering inbound calls, managing the diary of the sales managers, office junior and secretarial tasks, record keeping and report generation.  The successful candidate may be required to support other departments in a similar capacity from time to time.
