Do you provide a Baby Sitting Service?
Yes, if booked 48 hours in advance. Please contact reception for more information regarding rates.

Do you provide transport from the Local Station?
We provide a free courtesy bus from West Kilbride station. Just let us know the train you will be arriving on and we will send the Mini Bus to pick you up.

What are the opening times for the Leisure Club?
The leisure department opens between 7am and 9.30pm.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. And check-out is by 11:30am on the day of departure.

What time is Dinner/Breakfast served?
Breakfast is served between 7am and 10am. Dinner is served between 5.30 pm and 9.30 pm.

Guests are asked to reserve a table for Dinner on booking. Childrens teas will be served bewtween 5.30pm and 6pm.

Where can I access my e-mails?
All bedrooms and public areas have Wi-Fi internet access, all you need is your laptop and a voucher purchased from reception.

Where is the nearest Golf Course?
West Kilbride Golf Course is 10 minute walk or 2 minutes by car from Seamill Hydro. If you would like to book please contact West Kilbride Golf Course on 01294 823042.

What times are the Ferries To Arran/Millport?
Ardrossan to Arran ferry operates 3 to 4 sailings per day, and the Largs to Millport (Cumbrea Slip) operates hourly. All times vary depending on the season, for more info click here.

Can I book accommodation online for a wedding I am attending at the hotel?
Unfortunately, you can't book accommodation for a wedding because then you wouldnt qualify for our special wedding guest accommodation rates. Please contact reception for more details.
