The Leisure club run a variety of classes on a weekly basis. Booking is not essential although classes are subject to room availability so please call on the day of the class to check.

This weekly class monitors your weight and vital statistics as well as nutritional guidance and exercise tips.
Tuesday 7.30pm - 8.15pm
Total body conditioning using techniques to stregthen core and improve muscle definition. Full range of exercises to enhance body composition.
Mondays 8.00pm - 9.30pm
Stregthens and elongates the body and releases physical and mental tension.
Mondays 6.45pm - 7.45pm
Focusing on co-ordination and relaxation using slow flowing movements. Developed to specifically work on training the core postural muscles improving both strength and flexibility.
Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.00pm
Qi Gong is connected to Tai Chi, but is a series of gentle but powerful postures. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Thursdays 6.00pm - 6.45pm
This workout combines punches and CV to promote toning and calorie burning. This class is suitable for all abilities. Circuits gives you a varied workout using different stations.
