The Role

In your job as a member of our Kitchen Team within the hotel you will be expected to:

  • Assume overall control of the Banqueting kitchen within our Firth Pavilion
  • Manage a small team servicing a variety of different event types
  • Produce consistently high standard at all times
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene at all times
  • Assist with the development of the food product
  • Do this all with a smile
