Due to a recent internal promotion the Seamill Hydro are looking to recruit an experienced Head Receptionist to lead our Front Office Team.
The ideal candidate must have world class customer care skills, be an excellent communicator, possess outstanding organisational skills with a real eye for detail and be able to provide strong hands on leadership to the team.
As well as responsible for the day to day running of the busy front office department with our 84 bedroom hotel, the successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing training and development of the team, ensuring guests satisfaction, complaint handling and assisting with the ongoing room sales strategies within the business and assisting Senior Management with the delivery of sales budgets.
