Receptionist Vacancy

Temporary, part time, relief receptionist required.

We are currently looking to recruit a hardworking, reliable and customer focused candidate for our reception team.  This is a temporary position and due to the nature of the position hours may vary week by week throughout the term of employment.  Flexibility is essential to meet the demands of the business, sometimes at short notice.

The successful candidate will become part of a close-knit, dedicated team committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.  As well as checking-in and checking out guests and delivering warm and friendly customer service you will be expected to take reservations, handle a large volume of inbound calls, handle cash and support other hotel departments as business demands dictate.

Previous hotel reception experience is essential. You must be able to work between 7am and 11pm and will work a maximum of five days per week, you will be expected to work weekends and public holidays.  Pay will at least meet national minimum wage.  The ideal candidate may be considered for a permanent position should one become available.
