Thank you, we have noted that you are planning to attend. You will be asked to formally register your attendance when you arrive.
Attendance at the meeting is not compulsorily. If you have any of the symptoms of Covid-19 or have had symptoms in the seven days before the meeting or have been in contact with someone with symptoms within 14 days, please do not attend. We will be observing social distancing guidelines and ask for your patience so that we can keep everyone safe. Please arrive 30 minutes before the meeting and if you are walking, cycling or travelling by public transport please wait outside and keep two meters from anyone from another household, you can use the covered walkway leading to the Courtyard rooms should you require shelter from poor weather. If you are travelling by car please stay in your car until all those waiting outside are in. If you have a face mask/covering please wear it, if you do not we will provide you with one when you arrive, we ask that you wear a mask throughout your time on the grounds of the hotel. Please use the provided hand sanitiser as you enter the building, all doors will be held open and we ask that you avoid touching surfaces as you make your way to your seat. Chairs will be placed a minimum of two metres apart, please do not move them.
