Zumba:
An incredibly popular and exciting fitness class that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Strength Circuits:
Combining strength and endurance this resistance class in a circuit format is designed to help you get stronger, leaner and fitter!
Bootcamp:
A fun but tough military style class designed to push you to your limits using a variety of bodyweight, weighted and cardiovascular exercises to build your strength and fitness.
Kettles Training:
Enjoy a full body workout with just one piece of equipment! This class incorporates both resistance and cardiovascular training simultaneously through a variety of weighted swings and lifts that will enhance your strength, core stability and cardio endurance.
Spin:
This low impact cardiovascular workout is a highly popular cycling class which involves a mix of endurance tracks and high intensity interval training to music.
Yoga:
Yoga is a discipline, a part of which, includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practised for health and relaxation.
