Family Hotels Ayrshire…Something For The Whole Family
As a family run hotel we love to have families join us here at Seamill Hydro and we have carefully tailored the facilities of the hotel to ensure we offer something for every member of the family.
Our fantastic indoor swimming pool is a hit with the wee ones and for mum and dad we have a The Orangery Restaurant and Aura Lounge Bar for you to relax in, our fully equipped gym to sweat out the stress and a range of beauty and massage treatments to rejuvenate you. All of our restaurants offer children’s menus and are child friendly.
For a bit of “us time” Seamill Hydro is proud to present its kids club with fully trained team on hand to provide loads of activities from arts and crafts to sports and quizzes, all residents between the ages two and twelve are welcome. If you are making a night of it we also offer a baby sitting service which is available by prior arrangement at an additional cost.
Outside of the resort grounds there is a host of family friendly activities from exploring ruined castles, tranquil beaches and ancient towns to discovering a range of museums and adventure centres.
Kelburn Country park only a few minutes from the hotel is one of Ayrshire most popular family attractions with it’s range of facilities including the “Secret Forest” one of Scotland’s most unusual attractions, pony trekking and the adventure course set high in the trees of the estates forest.
There is a host of family activities both inside and out of the Seamill Hydro, on arrival to the hotel you will be provided with a what’s on guide for your stay complete with kids club opening hours, entertainment schedules and note of any special events both on and off the resort.
We have a range of accommodation to suit your families needs and your pocket, one of our most popular options for families are our suites set in the grounds of the hotel close to the beach, discuss your requirements with our experienced reservations team but book early as we are very popular over peak periods.
